The A Academy methodology was created by Alvaro Castano and polished term after term to make it unique and efficient, we are proud to be different, to think out of the box and to make sure we expose all our players to every aspect of the game.
Many factors will dictate the development of a football player starting from the social and physiological side, players must feel welcome and close to their coaches to enjoy the game and learn.

Continuity and holistic education
Each individual and each institution is unique. Thus, their paths are also unique. At The A Academy, the student's ability is evaluated ongoing, and strengths and weaknesses are detected to adapt the activity to them.
Thanks to this continuous development, the academy is capable of boosting the education of each student according to his or her needs in the shortest time possible.
The A Academy method is in continuous development to adhere to the rapidly changeable times without staying behind at any point.
The A Academy players are evaluated and divided into two programs; Development and Competitive.
Development; Players can train once or twice a week and play in the AAFL (Our friendly league).
Competitive: Players will be exposed to competition in leagues, tournaments and professional academies showcases.
